– Shop owners must ensure their listing is accurate and lawful.
4. Intellectual Property
All logos, text, and designs on PunctureShopNearMe are owned by us or licensed to us. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
– The platform is provided “as is” without warranties.
– We are not responsible for services provided by listed shops.
– Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law, capped at the fees paid to us in the past 12 months or a nominal amount.

Disputes will first be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to arbitration in Namakkal, Tamil Nadu under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
